These Guidelines for Court-Connected Mediation Services are intended to assist the New Mexico Judiciary’s efforts to provide court-connected mediation services. All courts and the Administrative Office of the Courts in New Mexico are encouraged to implement the standards set forth to the fullest extent possible.
