  • Hello, after reading your newsletter, I have some questions. (1) Does your organization handle mediation for wrongful discharge? An example would be an employee who was fired 2 weeks after filing a complaint about hostile work environment. (2) What if the mediation fails and the client wants to proceed with legal action? (3) What type of fees are generally involved in a situation like this?

  • Mr. Trainer: we do have mediators who handle wrongful discharge. Both parties must agree to mediation prior to the mediation. If the mediation is not successful, discussions from mediation are considered confidential and are not admissible in court. If you need to explore mediation option, please give me a call.
